Packages are sold on the venue's primary ticketing platform unless otherwise noted, and go off sale five days before each show.

  • One (1) GA ticket or Premium Reserved seat in the first 15 rows to see The Dresden Dolls live with early venue entry
  • Invitation to an exclusive pre-show experience featuring:
  • A private performance by The Dresden Dolls

  • Group photo with the band in front of the stage to commemorate your evening

100x Show Deliverable Tasks

The following timeline outlines key operational milestones leading up to and following each show. All tasks are managed by 100x unless otherwise noted.

Package Elements

Show Tickets

  • Tickets are fulfilled directly by the venue's ticketing platform. 100x receives purchaser data but does not manage ticket fulfillment.

Soundcheck / Q&A / Group Photo

  • Guests will be escorted by 100x Event Manager towards the end of soundcheck after being briefed on what to expect from the experience before entering the house.
  • 100x Event Manager will receive clearance from touring management prior to escorting guests into soundcheck.
  • They'll be invited to sit anywhere they'd like in the venue seating, and will not need to find their ticketed seats at this time.

Merchandise Gift

  • Poster will be designed by Dan Black, design pending.
  • This item will be produced by 100x and distributed at check-in. Discussion underway with 100x and management on final decision of quantity and unit costs.

Early Merch Shopping

  • Guests will have access to the full merchandise booth before public doors. Requirements: booth located near Early Entry ingress, separate from the main house wherever possible.

Onsite Event Concierge

  • 100x Event Manager + locally sourced staff will act as an on-site concierge, ensuring that each guest has access to personal service throughout their experience.

Check-in & Ingress Logistics

Check-in | Overview

  • Check-in will be staffed by local personnel sourced and paid by 100x. It should open early enough to process guests before the VIP Pre-Show Experience begins.
  • Local staff will check guests in outside as they arrive and are waiting in line for busier shows.
  • Check-in can be located outside as weather and venue particulars permit.
  • Guests will receive program merchandise, Early Entry wristbands and any required venue credentials at this time (alcohol, etc).
  • Operating hours and location will be communicated via the guest information email.

Comp Guests

  • We are happy to add tour guests to the purchaser data to receive info emails and be added to the guest list.
  • We kindly request that all additions are made no later than 2 days before each show in order to receive the guest email.

Personnel Rider

This following section outlines the staffing and resource requirements 100x Hospitality requests for this project. All needs will be refined as we finalize the program operations.

Artist Involvement

100x will require assistance supporting the artist involvement portion of the VIP experience, which includes guest access to a portion of soundcheck (a private performance by The Dresden Dolls), a Q&A and a Group Photo with the band on stage. We have designed this experience to take place from the main stage each day. We estimate that the artist interaction portion of this experience will take about 30 minutes.

Needs of The Dresden Dolls include, but are not limited to;

  • Signing of VIP tour posters for package merchandise deliverable
  • Informing The Dresden Dolls their daily VIP schedule
  • Operating production equipment required for Soundcheck / Q&A
  • Providing a handheld microphone for audience use during the Q&A if needed
  • Being present for the Soundcheck / Q&A / Group Photo
  • Collaborating with 100x Event Manager to keep all elements on schedule

Tour Staffing

100x Hospitality will provide one (1) Touring Event Manager who will travel with the tour on the crew schedule. This individual is sourced, managed, and compensated by 100x.

Requirements:

  • Bus bunk
  • Catering access (all meals)
  • Single hotel room on crew hotel stays (100x pays)
  • AA credential
  • Access to Master Tour if applicable

100x will source, manage, and compensate up to 2 local crew per show.

Production Requests

  • 2 tour radios with a dedicated 100x channel
  • Production vehicle space for pelican, signage and merchandise - a couple of feet will suffice

Settlement

Show Settlement

Revenue for base tickets included in VIP packages will settle through the show settlement. Separately, 100x will settle the following items directly with the venue / box office / ticketing platform:

  • VIP lift revenue
  • Approved venue operational expenses

Questions regarding show settlement should be directed to the 100x Ticketing Team.

Project Settlement

A final project settlement will be completed within 30 days of the tour. This includes a full accounting of all program revenue, expenses, and operational costs associated with the VIP program.
